Today I’m going to talk about a topic that is a bit embarrassing. But in truth, it really shouldn’t be. I’m talking about premature ejaculation and a popular training guide called Ejaculation Freedom which a lot of guys (myself included) have used to overcome (excuse the pun) a lack of control in bed.
I’ll talk about my own personal experiences down the page (soon as I gulp down this bottle of wine for some courage), but first, let’s take a quick look at PE in general and the Ejaculation Freedom program by Dan Becket that has been getting some buzz recently.

When I first realized I had a pretty serious problem with premature ejaculation the first thing I did was go online to check first, what the hell was going on, and second to learn what I could do about it. At the time I was really stressing out.
searching online I found a whole stack of things that said they would help me last longer in bed. There were pills, there were numbing gels, and there were people saying I should go to a doctor.
I also found a forum where some people were recommending the Ejaculation Freedom training guide. At first, I had no idea that you could do any kind of training to last longer in bed. But after checking out the website and reading an article explaining what it was all about I decided that I would give it a go. The article I read is titled “How To Last Longer In bed” and if you haven’t read it yet I recommend checking it out as it goes into a lot of depth about all the techniques.
I’ve always been a guy interested in personal development, not to mention fitness and physical training so the idea of using that same mindset and approach to learning how to last longer in bed seemed like the most logical step for me.
How Do You Start Using A PE Training Guide
2 things that appealed to me about this approach were that I didn’t have to tell anyone about my “little problem”, and also that I could just get started straight away.
So I purchased the course and downloaded the program in a pdf file straight away. The first part teaches you about mindset and how to make some changes to the way you think about sex. Honestly, this part was really useful. You’d be surprised how many totally incorrect assumptions I was making about sex and how everything works.
The physical training section starts out basically just trying to teach you where each muscle is down there and the specific ways to control them. Before long I was learning how to tense and relax muscle parts that I never even knew I had.
What Are Last Longer In Bed Exercises Anyway?
The Ejaculation Freedom site gives a very good description of what the training is all about, however, I’ll be honest. I was still unsure what to expect. This was especially true in regards to the training sections.
For the premature ejaculation exercises, you’ll need to find some privacy. You’ll want a place where you can relax and be sure that someone is not going to barge into the room and interrupt you.
This was easy for me as I live alone, but if you are married, live with your partner or have kids in the house it might be a bit more difficult finding a place and time to make the most of the exercises.
What Were The Best Parts Of Ejaculation Freedom?
Next, I’ll share which parts helped me the most. I think this is going to be different for each guy because there are a lot of parts to the program so some guys are going to get the most benefit from other areas.
Mental Changes
As I said earlier, this part helped me a lot and was a great way to start me off on my little journey. I think we guys can sometimes believe that we already know enough about sex. But when you break it down and then are shown a different way to look at it, so much opens up and everything makes so much more sense.
Turnbacks
I really liked the part on training to achieve trackbacks during sex. You start with the training on your own and then work up to attempting it during sex. The idea is to learn to turn yourself back from just before reaching the point of no return. But you train to do this without stopping (or squeezing).
Once I was able to do it a few times I really started gaining confidence. And after a few times, I realized I could just repeat it as many times as a wanted. This did need some more training and combining of all the other techniques, but just knowing was capable of turning myself back without stopping was a real confidence booster.
Tips On Lasting During Hard Sex
These were a great way to finish up the program. I could never manage to have that hard sex up until then so these, mostly mental and mindset tips were awesome for me. I’m happy and so is my girl.
Drawbacks Of The Premature Ejaculation Freedom Course?
Overall I recommend downloading and giving the Ejaculation Freedom program a shot. However, there are a few areas that may be drawbacks for some guys.
You’ll Need A Private Space
One drawback of this approach is that you will need to be in a situation where you can find the time and opportunity to complete the training. This was absolutely no problem for me as I had ample opportunity and actually really enjoyed completing the exercises.
It May Take Longer For Some Guys To Finish
Ideally, you will train for 20 to 30 minutes 4 or 5 times a week so it may be a challenge for some busy buys to finish everything within 4 weeks. But even if it takes 6 or 8 weeks that’s still not bad, considering that you’ve probably already been putting up with this problem for a lot longer than that.
Where To Download The Ejaculation Freedom PDF?
As far as I know, the best place to download the Ejaculation Freedom program is directly from the website. I purchased mine for $129 but it looks like it’s now (at the time of writing) on sale for $49 on the download page (not sure how long for). But either way, I don’t think the price is going to be an issue for most guys. Either way, it’s a hell of a lot cheaper than visiting a specialist.
